The Trust’s strategy is based on a very simple truth:
Teachers believe in the power of education to change lives.
To maximize the effectiveness of donations, the Trust draws on this commitment by asking local teachers in more privileged African schools to act as coordinators and use their professional and local knowledge to help us identify schools in need of assistance.
They provide this service at no cost to the Trust, meaning that the Trust’s overheads are reduced to such an extent that we can guarantee we will use 100% of donations made to the Trust to purchase books and educational materials for the schools in our programme.
